Delete your app account

Follow the instructions below to manually delete data from the Caren mHealth app.

Instructions to delete your data.

Step 1: Open the mobile app and log in using your email and password.

Step 2: Tap the log icon for the measurement you want to delete, tap the measurement, and tap Delete. To delete a document tap the Document icon on the main screen, tap the category, tap the item, and tap the Delete icon. To delete an observation, tap the Observations icon on the main screen, tap the observation and tap the Delete icon.
